Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Romeo has more than 15 years of financial management experience maximizing operational performance and enhancing shareholder value for both public and private companies. During his successful career to date, his responsibilities have included operational and strategic planning, public and private stock offerings, SEC reporting and investor relations.

Before joining NaviMedix, he was vice president of finance and chief financial officer at Reprogenesis, a tissue engineering biotechnology company. Previously, Mr. Romeo was vice president of finance at Alpha-Beta Technology, Inc., a public biotechnology company. At Alpha-Beta Technology, Mr. Romeo helped raise $175 million in capital financing and was a key participant in the company's successful initial public offering. Mr. Romeo also served as a senior consultant in Ernst & Young's Entrepreneurial Services Group.

Mr. Romeo earned his bachelor's degree from Villanova University and a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts. He is a certified public accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
