Executive Vice President, Operations Mr. Chin is a healthcare technology strategist with in-depth experience in enterprise-wide operations and IT leadership. In his role as executive vice president of operations, Mr. Chin provides leadership for client services, account management, technology and business operations across the enterprise. Prior to NaviMedix, Mr. Chin was chief information officer for Healthsource, the publicly-traded managed care corporation acquired by CIGNA in 1997; he led more than 40 health plan startups, product introductions and business acquisitions over one 30-month period. Mr. Chin was chief information officer of Tufts Health Plans where he led IS and technology strategy development during the leading regional HMO's highly successful growth years. In addition, Mr. Chin served as a systems manager at Harvard Community Health Plan, one of the oldest, largest and most respected independent HMOs in the country. Mr. Chin holds a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University. |
